To make an accommodation booking, telephone 5348 2005, or complete the Accommodation Enquiry Form of our Hepburn Retreat Centre website.

If you arrive here without a booking, detailed instructions are included at our upstairs Reception, so guests may check-in, even if a Receptionist is not available on arrival.

Information

* We expect guests to be independant, self reliant and respectful of the Sanctuary.

* If you do require assistance or have special needs, please discuss these with the staff.

* We often advertise programmed events on the website and elsewhere. If you are holding a function and do NOT want exposure, please say so at time of booking.

deposits and payment

We accept cash or cheque only, made out to continental house.

individuals

* A deposit is usually not required for individual guests.

* Payment is due at time of arrival and check-in, OR if reception is unattended, when first meeting staff.

groups

* Groups will need to make a deposit, with the balance due on the day of arrival.

* A cancellation fee of $20 per room will be charged with less than 24 hours notice of your cancellation, unless we can re-let rooms in which case no charge will be made.

* A non refundable deposit of $10 per person is charged, to cover cancellation costs where Catering has been commenced, for agreed numbers.
