Our chef, Alexis, has been preparing delicious healthy cooked and raw food vegan dishes, both on site at Conti, and also off-site at various events for nearly 20 years.
Catering experience includes wedding receptions, birthday parties, gatherings and festivals, (including both the National and International Vegan Festivals ), numerous workshops and retreats.
Our preference is to serve food which is freshly prepared, compelling and attractive, locally grown or produced, incorporating seasonal vegetables, fruits & whole foods.
