Food plays such a vital role on retreats and we love the sound and sight of a group coming together in the dining room to share meals together. We are blessed to work with some amazing caterers including Sophia from @bloom_kitchen_ who puts her heart and soul in to every plate of food she serves. Jill Harris and the wonderful group from the @kyoyoga retreat this weekend got to experience this firsthand with lots of tasty treats prepared. We encourage all caterers to use anything found in the conti garden incl our herb garden for meals prepared and Sophia always is a master of this.
