Perfectly located in Hepburn Springs – the Spa Centre of Victoria – Continental House is a Health and Wellbeing retreat space and has been welcoming guests for almost 100 years for rest, rejuvenation and healing.

Step inside the enormous hedge and enter a quiet and nurturing retreat space. A well-loved, fully restored 1920’s guesthouse where modern comforts, lush spa experiences and yoga facilities are combined with a rich history and natural landscapes.

With 15 ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped yoga room, an original 1920’s wood-panelled lounge, and break-out areas for quiet relaxation, The Conti is a truly unique retreat space.

A hidden corridor leads to your massage and spa experiences and ancient bathing rituals are provided in the luxurious and authentic Turkish Hamman (steam room).

The house overlooks a natural haven for wildlife, flowers, the edible garden, fruits and songful birdlife. Wandering pathways lead you through the acre of lush garden and down to the old playful lawn. Old benches beckon to sit, listen, write and meditate.

Located directly on the Goldfields Track and within minutes of the Hepburn Springs Reserve there are endless options to immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. Walking, cycling, forest bathing and relaxing – all on the doorstep of this historic house.
