Continental House is only ever booked by one group at a time, and has the facilities to host medium to large events. That makes it a natural home for a company offsite, a workshop or conference, an intimate country wedding, a family reunion or a milestone birthday in the Daylesford and Hepburn Springs region.
Your booking covers the communal spaces: the yoga room, the lounges and dining room, the deck, the gardens and lawns, and a full commercial kitchen. Everyone sleeps under one roof, in sixteen rooms with their own ensuites, and the hammam, spa and massage are there when the work is done.

How it works
- 01Tell Sarah about your event. She’ll talk you through the house and send available dates.
- 02Choose your dates and pay a deposit to secure them.
- 03Plan the details with us: catering, spa treatments, room allocations and timings.
- 04Arrive from 3pm. Kellie will check you in and keep things running smoothly.

Events FAQs
Can we hold a wedding at Continental House?
Yes. The Conti suits intimate country weddings, with a ceremony on the lawn and the wedding party staying for the weekend. We have the facilities for medium to large events; talk to Sarah about numbers, timings and suppliers.
How many people can stay?
Sixteen rooms sleep 30 or more. Every room has its own ensuite, and several kings convert to two singles.
Is there a minimum booking?
The Conti is booked as a whole house. All bookings require a two-night minimum. The room minimum is 12 bedrooms for two-night weekend bookings, and 10 bedrooms for all other bookings.
Do you provide catering?
We have a full commercial kitchen for your group. Bring your own caterer, or speak to us about great local caterers who know the kitchen well. We can also arrange a kitchen hand to help with set-up and clean-up.
Seasonal breakfast. Our team makes a beautiful breakfast from organic, local produce, which you can book as part of your retreat for an additional fee.
